I know it's a big step, I know it might take a few months, but the benefits are well established so I ask JUST one thing from all the people that step through the KBCX door:

'Make it your first goal to exercise 5 times a week...for life'

Now if you follow that through it means that if you train too hard or too long or eat too little you won't be able to train 5 times a week. But then KBCX isn't about training to 90% - or your limit - or extremes. It's about training in a balanced varied way and enjoying it - so ultimately you never feel too achy or too fatigued - just filled with life energy and becoming one of the
