SCULPT9 (CLASS PERSONAL TRAINING) 

Is a new class solution for development time slots suitable for individuals or small groups. Unlike pump classes, The sculpt element means that we will focus on one body part with multiple sets for shape transformation rather than lactic acid (burn) tone. We will aim to lift heavier weights for shorter periods, through multiple sets and the class will be technical focusing on your technique and progression rather than being demonstrated to choreography hence the title 'CLASS PT'. 
Bootcamp is another class style similar to PT that can be done solo or in a group and will share these kind of timeslots so look out for both on the timetable.
