BOOTCAMP

bootcamp is a crosstraining class that involves a mixture of cardio, endurance and strength using crossfit equipment and bodyweight. It's the most effective class if you can handle it! It's not choreographed and involves separate stations that vary each week. We have trampolines, tire pushing, hand bike, bike bike, gymnast rings and all sorts. Family bootcamps has the same elements with the addition of games and adaptions for the kids. Outdoor bootcamp coming soon - involves a trail run and replaces equipment with square bashing body weight fitness.
